National security services intervened, following a dispute between an African woman and the victim, which turned into a physical assault with a stabbing weapon that resulted in the death of the man when he arrived at the hospital's emergency unit, National Police (DGSN) said in a release, adding that all the suspects were arrested and the stabbing weapon was seized.

According to initial investigations, two of the arrested were directly involved in this criminal act, while the rest are suspected of having participated in the assault and violence against the victim, the source added.

The suspects were placed on custody pending investigations led by the competent public prosecutor's office.
