Resuming industrial activities after the health crisis triggered by the coronavirus pandemic should be done within a spirit of "order, serenity and seriousness", the minister told reporters during his visit to a plant of car manufacturer Somaca (Société marocaine de construction automobile).
The minister, who welcomed the efforts made by this company for the implementation of a reinforced health protocol, said that HM King Mohammed VI closely follows these operations and gives clear instructions to safeguard the health of Moroccans.
Elalamy said the car industry sector has been very affected at the global level by the pandemic, adding that Morocco has been able to face this situation through the relaunch of the sector, which employs over 200,000 people and has huge potential.
"We will support all industries and stay rigorous and alert to safeguard the health of citizens," he underlined.
