During a meeting held with the Ambassador of Morocco in Indonesia Ouadie Benabdellah, at the BNPT headquarters, Rafli Amar expressed his desire to visit Morocco in order to study closely the successful experience of Morocco in the fight against radicalism and whose efficiency has been proven internationally.
He said that Indonesia and Morocco share many similarities and promote together a moderate and tolerant model of Islam, with full respect for ethnic and religious differences and affiliations.
The need to foster synergy of international cooperation in the security field was also underlined by the Indonesian official, listing the progress made by Indonesia in the field at the regional and international levels.
For his part, the Ambassador of Morocco in Indonesia said that Morocco is willing to share its experience in the fight against radicalism, noting the need to enhance exchanges and examine the different possible areas of cooperation in the security field.
