Morocco's Offical Reserve Assets Up 20.9%

Rabat - Morocco's official reserve assets amounted to 287.7 billion dirhams on June 5, 2020, up by 20.9% compared to the same period in 2019, Morocco's central bank (Bank Al-Maghrib) has said.

During the week of 4-10 June, Bank Al-Maghrib injected 107.2 billion dirhams.

As for the interbank rate, it has remained at 2%, the source added in a release.

In the same period, the Dirham depreciated by 0.67% against the Euro and appreciated by 0.93% against the Dollar.
