Covid-19: 54 New Confirmed Cases in Morocco, 8,985 in Total, Ministry

Rabat - Fifty-four (54) new cases of infection with the new coronavirus (Covid-19) were confirmed in Morocco until Wednesday at 10:00 am, bringing to 8,985 the total number of contamination cases, the Ministry of Health announced.

The number of cured cases rose to 7,960 with 23 new recoveries, while that of deaths stagnated at 212 cases, specified the ministry on the portal "www.covidmaroc.ma".

In addition, the number of cases excluded after negative test results is 454,172, according to the same source.

The ministry invites the citizens to respect the rules of hygiene and health safety as well as the preventive measures decreed by the Moroccan authorities, by showing responsibility and patriotism.
