Covid-19: 188 New Confirmed Cases in Morocco, 9,801 in Total (Ministry)

Rabat - One hundred and eighty-eight (188) new cases of infection with the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) have been confirmed in Morocco until Saturday at 10:00 a.m., bringing to 9,801 the total number of cases of contamination, announced the ministry of Health.

The number of cured cases amounts to 8,133 with 16 new recoveries, while the number of recoveries stagnates at 213 cases, said the ministry on the portal "www.covidmaroc.ma".

In addition, the number of cases excluded after negative laboratory results stands at 505,306, according to the same source.

The ministry urges citizens to respect the rules of hygiene and health security as well as the preventive measures taken by the Moroccan authorities, by showing responsibility and patriotism.
