This decision follows the joint statement issued by the ministry of Interior, the ministry of Health and the ministry of Industry, Trade, the Green and Digital Economy on the transition to the second phase of the plan to alleviate health confinement, the same source indicated in a press release, specifying that the resumption of this activity will be limited, initially, in terms of capacity.
In this regard, tourist restaurants are required to comply with the sanitary provisions put in place to guarantee the health safety of customers, staff and all other users of the said restaurants, the ministry pointed out, adding that these provisions concern, in particular, disinfection and cleaning measures, the implementation of health safety rules relating to Covid-19, compliance with social distancing measures at the level of the various areas of the restaurant, in addition to the limitation of the restaurant's capacity to 50%.

The ministry of Tourism, Handicrafts, Air Transport and Social Economy remains mobilized and will make the necessary efforts to support the various actors in the sector to overcome this crisis, the statement concluded.
