Morocco's Official Reserve Assets Up 21.7%

Rabat - Morocco's official reserve assets amounted to 289 billion dirhams until June 12, 2020, up by 21.7% compared to the same period in 2019, Morocco's central bank (Bank Al-Maghrib) has said.

During the week of 11-17 June, Bank Al-Maghrib injected 101.3 billion dirhams.

As for the interbank rate, it has reached 1.99%, the source added in a release.

In the same period, the Dirham appreciated by 0.79% against the Euro and depreciated by 0.36% against the Dollar.
