Covid-19: Repatriation Operation of Moroccans Stranded in France Continues

Paris - The repatriation operation of Moroccans stranded in France in the context of the state of health emergency decreed following the spread of Covid-19, continued on Friday with Royal Air Maroc flights departing from the cities of Paris and Marseille, bound for Marrakech.

Three RAM flights departed on Friday. Two from Charles de Gaulle airport (CDG-Paris), and another from Marseille, each carrying 150 passengers.

All of these humanitarian flights, which concern citizens holding short-term visas in vulnerable situations, including sick people and persons who have undergone surgery, as well as the elderly, will be bound for the city of Marrakech.

The various repatriation operations, organized by the Moroccan embassy and Consulates general in France in collaboration with the French authorities, were carried out in full compliance with the precautionary measures and health protocol in force.
