Morocco's Official Reserve Assets Up 22.1%

Rabat - Morocco's official reserve assets amounted to 287.9 billion dirhams until June 19, 2020, up by 22.1% compared to the same period in 2019, Morocco's central bank (Bank Al-Maghrib) has said.

During the week of 18-24 June, Bank Al-Maghrib injected 108.3 billion dirhams.

As for the interbank rate, it has reached 1.5%, the source added in a release.

In the same period, the Dirham depreciated by 0.14% against the Euro and appreciated by 0.40% against the Dollar.
