This humanitarian operation, ensured by a Royal Air Maroc (RAM) flight, involved a total of 155 passengers.
This flight, which follows a series of repatriations last week, has benefited citizens with short-stay visas in vulnerable situations, mainly the sick, the elderly or people who have undergone surgical operations.
Organized by the Consulates General of Morocco in Villemomble, Colombes, Orly, Pontoise and Paris in collaboration with the French authorities, this operation took place in serenity and total respect for precautionary measures and the health protocol in force.
The first phase of the repatriation operation of Moroccans stranded in France began on June 22 with hundreds of people from several cities in France, notably Paris, Marseille, Lyon and Bordeaux.
Some 30 flights were scheduled on June 21-27 for the repatriation of 4,644 Moroccans stranded in 17 countries, in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic.
