Speaking at the opening of the Government Council, El Otmani noted that the celebration of the 21st anniversary of the accession of the Sovereign to the Throne coincides this year with the first ten blessed days of Dhu al-Hijjah and Eid El Adha, expressing on this occasion his warmest congratulations to the Commander of the Faithful, His Majesty King Mohammed VI, and to the Moroccan people, said Minister Delegate to the Minister of National Education, Vocational Training, Higher Education and Scientific Research, in charge of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Driss Ouaouicha, at a press briefing held at the end of the government’s weekly meeting.
