In a presentation before the Social Sectors Committee at the House of Representatives, Ait Taleb recalled that note No. 066 of August 24, 2020 gave the green light for the implementation of the decision to provide compensation to health professionals in a participatory framework with all social partners, noting that "today, the ministry is working on how they will be paid, despite the fact that we are not yet out of the crisis".
He also took the opportunity to emphasize that the supervisory department pays great attention to improving working conditions and encouraging professionals, noting that the ministry's 2020 performance effectiveness program, in the section on the human resources budget program, provides for a series of measures that include a performance allowance, the upgrading of duty allowances and the implementation of a national health and safety program for workplaces based on control, occupational risk management for health staff and allowances for those working in remote areas.
