Ouarzazate: Discovery in Tafergalt of Human Remains and Clothing, Investigation Opened (Public Prosecutor)

Rabat - Remains of small human bones and clothing were discovered, on Saturday evening, in a mountain in the Tafergalt region, near Agdz (Ouarzazate province), announced on Sunday the public prosecutor at the Court of Appeal of Ouarzazate, adding that a judicial investigation has been opened on this matter.

In the light of these data, a meticulous judicial investigation was opened under the supervision of the prosecution and entrusted to the judicial brigade of the Royal Gendarmerie of Zagora to carry out the genetic expertise in order to identify the DNA and determine the causes of death, said the public prosecutor in a press release.

The judicial brigade will also carry out the necessary investigations to determine the circumstances and shed light on this case, added the same source.

The prosecution will keep the public opinion informed of any developments linked to this case, the statement concluded.
