The talks focused on ways to strengthen economic and trade relations between Morocco and Poland, according to a statement from the Moroccan Embassy in Warsaw.
The Moroccan diplomat highlighted the Kingdom's economic assets as a safe haven for investment and a gateway to Africa for Polish investors, stressing that Morocco has been able to consolidate its presence in Africa, under the leadership of HM King Mohammed VI.
42% of Morocco's Foreign investment flows are destined to Africa, which enabled the national companies to develop experience and expertise in several sectors, including finance, telecommunications, construction, infrastructure, real estate and agribusiness, he said.
The FTAs signed by Morocco with African countries not only have made the Kingdom a relay point between Europe and Africa, but also an investment-friendly country offering attractive advantages to companies from around the world, the diplomat went on.
The two parties also discussed various projects and economic activities to be developed.
