Fifteen tourism operators from southern Spain and two journalists visited Morocco part of this fam trip, organized by the Moroccan National Tourist Office (ONMT).
This visit is part of the ONMT's efforts to promote tourism in Morocco, said ONMT's representative in Andalusia, Azzedine Bijjou.
According to Rkia Alaoui, President of the Regional Council of Tourism of Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima, this visit will allow Spain's tourism operators to get a closer look at the efforts made by Morocco to take all the necessary health measures so as to accommodate tourists safely.
According to Karina Almanazi, director of "Viajes Carisma" travel agency, "the forecasts for next year are very good for Morocco, a destination that fascinates tourists with the hospitality of its people, its cuisine, culture and history."
As for the director of the revue "Atalayar entre dos orillas", Javier Fernandez, he stressed the need to take all the necessary measures to restore travel between Morocco and Spain, support tourism and seize the opportunities for cooperation offered by the two neighboring countries."
