The first part of the 2021 appropriation bill had been adopted the day before by a large majority at the finance and economic development committee by 21 votes to 12.
A total of 165 proposed amendments were submitted by the various components of the Lower House and 20 others by the government.
These proposals mainly relate to the tax aspect, the unified professional contribution and the solidarity contribution for companies and individuals.
The 2021 appropriation bill is based on three major orientations, namely the acceleration of the implementation of the recovery plan for the national economy, the launch of the first phase of generalization of social security and the strengthening of the bases of the exemplary nature of the State and the optimization of its functioning.
