"These measures come into force as of Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at 10 p.m. for a period of 15 days," according to a press release from the Provincial Monitoring Committee for managing the pandemic.
It was decided to close beaches and parks as well as to ban the broadcasting of football matches by all cafes in the city.
It also includes the closure of cafes, restaurants and shops at 10 p.m., as well as banning wedding parties, funeral ceremonies and gatherings.
The press release underlined the need to comply with preventive measures (mask wearing, social distancing) and apply law provisions against offenders.
The local authorities invited the population to support and adhere to these preventive measures.
