Initialed, during a teleconference, by the founding president of KGS Fouad Lyoubi and the CEO of OGHSI Craig Mairs, in the presence of the British consul general in Rabat Daniel Katte, this memorandum of understanding provides for a sharing of know-how and experiences between the two schools, and lays the bases for a fruitful and lasting cooperation between the two parties.
Having common points, the two parties agreed to upgrade the existing KGS schools following the OGHSI standards, to create a common unit in Tangier which will bear the names of the two institutions.
The partnership touches also on the provision, by OGHSI for the benefit of KGS, of managerial methods and procedures (recruitment and training of teachers and administrative staff), educational modes (resources and teaching materials), as well as the exchange of teachers and students.
