Signed by CCME Secretary General Abdallah Boussouf and dean of the FSJES Farid El Bacha, this agreement aims to develop projects and initiatives in relation to advocacy techniques and strategies on major national causes, on top of which the question of territorial integrity.
It also concerns the implementation of the advocacy program on the issue of the Moroccan Sahara, set up by the CCME in partnership with several Moroccan universities, for the benefit of Moroccan expatriates.
The agreement, signed on the sidelines of the national scientific conference on "Security Council resolution 2548 and developments in the issue of the El Guerguarat border crossing", confirms the will of the two parties to foster cooperation relations and institutional openness, with the aim of sharing scientific expertise and knowledge and encouraging training and research in areas of common interest.
Regarding the launch of the program to build the advocacy capacities of Moroccans broad on the Moroccan Sahara issue, Boussouf noted that the first beneficiaries of this training are Moroccan students and professors abroad, executives of associations, and actors of civil society and social networks, stressing that the training program on the Moroccan Sahara was designed in 4 languages: Arabic, French, Spanish and English, and the scientific team is preparing it in other languages.
For his part, Farid El Bacha indicated that this partnership will allow undergraduate, master's and doctoral students to benefit from internships at the CCME.
