"These measures came into force as of Tuesday, December 08, 2020 at 10 p.m. for a period of 15 days", according to a press release from the Provincial Monitoring Committee in charge for the management of the pandemic.
It was decided to extend the closure of beaches and parks as well as the ban on the broadcasting of football matches by all cafes in the city.
It also concerns the closure of cafes, restaurants and shops at 10 p.m., as well as the ban on wedding parties, funerals and gatherings.
Measures include also the rigorous control of compliance with preventive measures (mask wearing, social distancing) and the application of the provisions of the law against offenders.
The local authorities invited the population to support these preventive measures.
