At the start of its meeting, the Council will follow a presentation by the Minister Delegate to the Minister of the Interior on the digital platform of the Regional Investment Centers, a press release from the head of government department said on Monday.

The Council will then examine three draft decrees, the first of which concerns the adoption of specific measures regarding the status of some associate teachers of qualifying secondary education and of qualifying secondary education teachers, the release read.

The second draft decree touches on the application of articles 2.544 and 7.544 of the Law on the Commercial Code, while the third draft amends the decree setting the conditions and procedures for the management, sorting and disposal of current archives and intermediate archives, and the conditions and procedures for the transfer of final archives.

The Council will then examine proposals for appointment to higher functions in accordance with the provisions of article 92 of the Constitution, according to the same source.
