The person concerned presented no symptoms and was placed in isolation in Casablanca. The patient and his contacts are being treated in accordance with the health protocol in force in the Kingdom, according to the same source.
Part of updating the national Covid-19 protocol, particularly the aspect related to the monitoring of contacts, a battery of measures has been adopted for the early detection of coronavirus variants.
The measures for the management of cases of the disease have also been updated, taking into account the epidemiological situation at national and global levels, the ministry added.
