The opening will bring the portfolio’s unique concept to one of Africa’s most dynamic cities, Tower Seven Art points out in a press release.
Set to open in 2023, the one-of-a-kind hotel will feature 104 guestrooms, and be located in one of the busiest arteries of Casablanca.
It will also create 200 jobs during construction phase and 150 after the opening, the release read.
“We are proud to be the first Moroccan operator approved by Marriott International in Morocco. Hôtel Le Fabergé Autograph Collection is the first of a long list of hotels we aim to develop over the next ten years in Morocco with Marriott International”, said Youssef Attari El Filali, CEO of the Hôtel Le Fabergé brand.
“Working with Marriott International means having access to all of their branding, design and management expertise. From the opening, we will benefit from their operational support and Marriott Bonvoy Members," he added, as quoted by the release.
The signing, led by Mr Karim Ouaziz, Director Development, North Africa, Marriott International and Mr. Youssef Attari El Filali / CEO Hôtel Le Fabergé, marks the first franchise agreement between a Moroccan group and Marriott International.
