They are; the organic bill N°08.21 amending and supplementing the organic law N°02.12 relating to high-raking posts, the bill N°10.21 amending and supplementing the law N°57.11 relating to general electoral lists, referendum operations and the use of public audiovisual means during electoral and referendum campaigns, as well as the bill N°11.21 amending the law N°9.97 relating to the electoral Code and the organization of the exceptional revision of professional bodies' electoral lists.

The texts were adopted during a plenary session held under the chairmanship of Habib El Malki, speaker of the House of Representatives, in the presence of Interior minister Abdelouafi Laftit and minister of Economy, Finance and Administration Reform, Mohamed Benchaaboun, according to a statement by the House of Representatives.

This session was held pursuant to the provisions of Article 66 of the Constitution, Article 18 of the Rules of Procedure of the House of Representatives, and pursuant to Decree No. 2.21.124 calling on the House of Representatives and the House of Advisors to hold an extraordinary session.
