Speaking to MAP on the sidelines of his visit to the construction site of this faculty, the minister pointed out that “the work is progressing very well”.
“We are happy with the mobilization of all the stakeholders for the opening of the faculty by the start of the next school year", he said.
"We have agreed with the local authorities and the presidents of the region and the municipality to speed-up the work in order to be on time", added Amzazi who was accompanied by the Minister Delegate in charge of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Driss Ouaouicha, the wali of the Laayoune-Sakia El Hamra region, the president of the region, and the governors of Es-Semara, Tarfaya and Boujdour.
The minister stressed that this institution will have a "great" training capacity and several scientific research structures.
It is a structure that "brings together all the ingredients of a high level faculty," he said.
The faculty, built on a surface of 10 ha including a covered area of 22,900 m2, includes a library, training centers with a 400-seat classroom, training rooms, seminar rooms and several meeting rooms.
