During this meeting, the Council will examine the draft on the temporary occupation of the public domain, said the Department of the Head of Government in a statement.

The Council will also examine three draft decrees, the first of which relates to the advertising of the electronic trade register and the electronic filing of summary statements of companies and the second to amend the decree implementing the law on the securitization of assets, the statement said.

The third draft decree related to the adoption of measures for employers affiliated to the National Social Security Fund (CNSS) and their declared employees, as well as for self-employed and non-salaried persons affiliated to CNSS and affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Council will conclude its proceedings by examining proposals for appointments to high office, in accordance with the provisions of Article 92 of the Constitution, the statement underlined.
