During this meeting, the Council will examine the draft liquidation law relating to the execution of the finance law for the 2019 budget year as well as a draft law amending and supplementing the law relating to credit institutions and similar organizations, said the Department of the head of government in a press release.
The Council will also examine two draft decrees, the first of which concerns the application of some provisions relating to the disciplinary system of civil aviation employees.
The second one is about the application of the decree relating to the promulgation of exceptional measures for the benefit of some employers who are members of the National Social Security Fund (CNSS) and their declared employees, and some categories of self-employed persons, which have been affected by the repercussions of COVID-19 in relation to the tourism sector, the source added.
The Council will complete its work by examining proposals for appointment to high offices, in accordance with the provisions of article 92 of the Constitution.
