On this occasion, the Council will examine a draft law establishing the National Agency for Water and Forests, said the Department of the head of government on Tuesday in a press release.

The Council will examine eight draft decrees, the first seven of which concern the date of election of members of chambers of agriculture, chambers of commerce, industry, and services, chambers of handicrafts and chambers of fisheries, as well as members of municipalities and districts, of regions councils, of House of Representatives, of prefectural and provincial councils and of House of Advisors, the same source added.

The eighth draft decree is related to the setting of allowances and benefits paid to senior-ranking judges, it noted.

The Council will conclude its meeting by considering proposals for appointment to key positions, under the provisions of Article 92 of the Constitution, the press release concluded.
