The drug was seized on board a vehicle parked at Bni Makada, said the National Police (DGSN) in a statement.
The said vehicle was subjected to police surveillance before its search, said the same source, adding that the investigations enabled the identification of the main suspect in this case, who is still wanted, and the seizure of his vehicle as well as two chira packs found in his apartment.
A woman suspected of having an illegal relationship with the main suspect was also arrested as part of this case, the DGSN said.
The judicial police is continuing the search and investigations, under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor's office, in order to arrest this individual, to identify all the people involved in these criminal acts and to determine its possible ramifications at the national and international levels, concluded the statement.
