The two airplanes carry 20 tons of basic food items, emergency medicine and blankets for the Palestinian population in the West Bank.
The aid will be received in Amman by the ambassador of Palestine in Jordan in the presence of the ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco in this brotherly country as well as a representative of the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization for Relief & Development (JHCO).
An equivalent shipment of aid will be delivered on board two additional airplanes Sunday to the Egyptian capital, Cairo, before being transported to the Gaza Strip.
HM King Mohammed VI, Chairman of the Al-Quds Committee, has kindly given his High Instructions to send emergency humanitarian aid for the benefit of the Palestinian population in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
This humanitarian aid, consisting of 40 tons, is made up of basic food products, emergency medicine and blankets.
The decision of HM King Mohammed VI, Chairman of the Al-Quds Committee, is part of the Kingdom's continued support for the just Palestinian cause and its permanent solidarity with the brotherly Palestinian people.
